Software Subscription Plan
Overview
Cogent DataHub™ software is offered under a subscription license, which includes all maintenance and support services (our Support Plan) at no additional cost during the Subscription Term (see the End User License Agreement). This offers you, the customer, peace of mind that all of your technical support questions will be answered on a priority basis. You can also be assured that you will receive free upgrades to all new versions of the software released during the term of the subscription agreement.
The subscription plan is offered as an annual subscription to customers requiring Cogent DataHub™ software and related products directly from Skkynet, or through one of Skkynet’s authorized sales partners.

- Includes the following: Maintenance Support Plan.
Subscription Plan fees
- The plan fee is calculated and paid on an annual basis.
- The start date for the plan is the date you subscribe.
- The minimum contract term is 24 months from the start date.
- After the initial 2-year term, the contract will auto-renew on a yearly basis.
- The annual renewal fee is based on the current price of the software licenses you are using.
- Renewal notices will be sent to you approximately 30 days before the renewal date.
