March 1st, 2020 – End of Life for Cogent DataHub v7.0

DataHub Version 7 will be end of life on March 1st, 2020. At that time we will no longer issue Version 7 licenses and no support will be available for customers not participating in the Maintenance Support Plan. We highly recommend that you upgrade your licenses to Version 8 or Version 9 prior to the end of life date to guarantee continued support for the Cogent DataHub.

Customers who have Version 7 licenses still covered by the Maintenance Support Plan after March 1st, 2020 will continue to receive support for the product until the Plan expires for those licenses. Customers will not be able to renew the Plan for Version 7 licenses after March 1st, 2020.

If it is determined that a problem with Version 7 is related to a bug or deficiency in the software, customers will be advised to upgrade to Version 8 or Version 9.
