January 1st, 2025 – End of Life for Cogent DataHub v8 and v9

DataHub Versions 8 and 9 reached end of life on January 1st, 2025. Since that time we no longer issue Version 8 or 9 licenses and no support is available for customers not participating in the Maintenance Support Plan. We highly recommend that you upgrade your licenses to Version 11 to guarantee continued support for Cogent DataHub software.

Customers who have Version 8 or 9 licenses still covered by the Maintenance Support Plan continue to receive support for the product until the Plan expires for those licenses. Customers will not be able to renew the Plan for Version 8 or 9 licenses.

If it is determined that a problem with Version 8 or 9 is related to a bug or deficiency in the software, customers will be advised to upgrade to Version 11.

March 1st, 2020 – End of Life for Cogent DataHub v7

DataHub Version 7 reached end of life on March 1st, 2020. Since that time we no longer issue Version 7 licenses and no support is available. We highly recommend that you upgrade your licenses to Version 10 to guarantee continued support for the Cogent DataHub.

If it is determined that a problem with Version 7 is related to a bug or deficiency in the software, customers will be advised to upgrade to Version 11.
