System Requirements

Cogent DataHub software is compatible with the following versions of Windows:

Windows Server 2008 & R2	Service Pack 1 (SP1) + .NET 4.6.1
Windows 7	Service Pack 1 (SP1) + .NET 4.6.1
Windows Server 2012 & R2	.NET 4.6.1
Windows 8.1	.NET 4.6.1
Windows 10	.NET 4.6.1
Windows Server 2016	.NET 4.6.1
Windows Server 2019	.NET 4.6.1
Windows 11	.NET 4.6.1

Installation

To install the DataHub program from an archive downloaded from the Cogent web site, follow these steps:

Double-click on the program archive CogentDataHub-10.0-xxxxxx-Windows.exe.
Follow the instructions.

Uninstall

From the Start menu, select the Control Panel and then choose Add or Remove Programs.
Find Cogent DataHub on this list and double-click it.
Click the Remove button and follow the instructions.
