DataHubConnection.DataHubConnection.setHeartbeatTimes ( self, heartbeat_ms, timeout_ms)

Set the heartbeat and timeout times.

Arguments:
    heartbeat_ms: The heartbeat time in milliseconds.
    timeout_ms: The timeout time in milliseconds.
