Enables the user to input a text string or numeric value while in Run mode.

Format Strings
Numeric values, text, dates, and times can be formatted using Windows standard and custom
format strings. For example, to format a numeric value to two decimal places, specify a
format of 0.00. For more information on formatting numbers, text, dates
and times, please see Section 2.4.5, “Format Strings”.
