2.7. Restarting the DataHub instance

This capability is currently only available for the Cogent DataHub service. |
It is possible to restart the DataHub instance without re-installing it.
In the option, click the button.
The DataHub instance will take 15 to 30 seconds to restart. The Remote Config log will display one or more error messages related to the restart, and the Status Icon in the menu bar will turn red, then yellow, and finally back to normal, indicating that HTPP and data connections are working again.
You can click the button to verify that the DataHub instance is running again.

Restarting the DataHub instance reloads all data points, which has the effect of removing all unused data points from the Data Browser. |
